Update on this, so keystone finally acknowledged the slide issue, ordered and installed stiffer brackets for the heavier slide. Apparently lippert addressed this issue, which is why they now make stronger brackets. They fixed everything in the unit, however, still denied the delam on my theater seats. An email to Lippert directly, and a few pictures, and within an hour lippert authorized the replacement of the seats, directly from they. Disappointed that while it was still in the 1 year warrantee period that I had to go directly to the chair manufactures. Anyway, picked my unit up from CW last week, and everything is repaired finally...
