And my apologies to the OP for hijacking their thread. I felt that my experience with Keystone was similar and might serve to educate those who might be considering a Keystone in the future. With that said if Keystone wants to fix my issue I would be more than happy to post how they made it right.... until then my opinion stands... Keystone does not honor their warranty and their customer service people lie. If you don’t want to believe that read all of Better Business Complaints about Keystone.

David you take that tone with everyone that tries to help you? If So I can see why you do not get much help. Sam Asked for that information so he could help you.
