You don't need a PhD in Physics to understand that much weight that high off the ground is going to be more than a bit tipsy. A dually would help a bit as it's stance is wider but I don't think I would risk my truck much less my life with that type of setup. Most especially while towing a bumper pull which tends to be squirrely to start with.

Can it be done, Yes. Can it be done and be confident you are operating a safe vehicle? If you answer yes to that do me a favor and always stay BEHIND ME on the highway!
