Hi

The process that Keystone required me to do when I refused to take the trailer back to the selling dealer was to go to a different dealer. I was required to pay for the inspection to determine what the failure was and to determine the cause of the failure. The new dealer sends their report to Keystone. If Keystone turns down the request for assistance then you are out the cost of the inspection.
