Washer/dryer prep but I didn't buy the washer/dryer.
I found a 5cubic foot refrigerator at Home Depot that fits in there perfectly.
The standard frig isn't big enough for all we want to carry so the added frig space worked great.
We carry at least a week's worth of clothes and if out longer just go to a laundry.
