You may have broken the connections between the bed frame and the wall of the slide and/or also the connection of the slide mechanism to the wall of the slide may now be bent or partially ripped loose. This is a photo of our slide with the plywood removed. It is only showing one of the two slide tube mechanisms, but they are both the same.
