On my 2006, the front jacks are connected by a pipe because the motor is on one side. There is a cheap screw that is used to tie the rod to the other jack. I have sheared a few screws over time. My suggestion is to check to see if the screw is sheared. If so, get a new one at a hardware store--back in business. Hope the cheap fix works!
