It's good you'll still be using your Monty!
I had a friend at a church my brother and I went to many years ago, who moved back East to be a Pastor (Reverend?). The parish provided he, his wife and young kids a small house that happened to be on the church grounds. I can't remember what town but I think it was somewhere in Indiana or Illinois. They both played piano or guitar and sang beautifully. We were very happy for them getting their own Church, because they were such nice people and we were sure the parish was going to be very happy having them.
Whatever works, eh?
