Waiting on the Campground to assign a place for us, we will be in the pavilion or a community tent. I am still going back and forth on time. as it is appetizers/ finger food and beverages, I don't know weather to have it after dinner or before, but I am thinking around 5 or 6pm. I want to allow enough time for people to get set up when they arrive. I am open to suggestions.
