We have them and like the fact that it helps keep the coach cooler in summer, warmer in winter and more quiet all the time. We did have a cell failure on the largest (rear) window. It cost $450 parts and labor to have it replaced by a place that specializes in RV glass work. I've had cell failures in my home too so having one cell failure on my "rolling earthquake" in 80K miles is no big deal to me.
