Ketelsen's RV in Hiawatha, IA is just about the best you'll find. We have purchased six RVs from them over the years and their service work has always been excellent. They just built a new facility because they outgrew the last one. I was just there on Friday, July 8th and the size of their facility has not dimmed their view of customers. Their unwritten motto is that if the customer isn't happy, there isn't anyone happy. They have always seemed to go out of their way to satisfy the customer. You see, customer service means repeat business.
