Here are a couple of contacts I used at Husky a few years ago. The Husky Hitch used to be made in the USA. Several years ago they moved manufacturing to China, changed the designs, and dropped a lot of employees. I have a pre-China model for which parts are becoming scarce. These folks remained after the change and with any luck are still there for you.
I have a PDF of the parts list for their hitches if you are interested. It looks like you need "Rubber Bumper - part 3280-05". Hopefully they have what you need.
