Ours wasn't working either. The valve behind the cabinet was off and when I turned it on it leaked. Had to replace the ferrule on the 1/4'' blue plastic line. After I connected it and turned it on I heard water running underneath the RV near the axle. The cap on the low point drain was loose. You might try loosening that cap and turn the valves on to see if it has water there and if there are any air pockets in the line. Once I got everything connected and turned on mine finally took off. Been working perfectly ever since. never did anything inside the freezer.
