Good article. Until the whole legal mess is straightened out, Kansas, an open carry state has cities with laws prohibiting open carry. Even those of us with a permit are required to keep it secret in those towns. That being said the article makes excellent points. Not much help to others if you absorb the first round because the bad guy wants to take out any problems first.
