Art is right. Dealers are dealers, and will usually only do what they need to to get the rig out the door. Then there are the exceptions that will go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right, and everyone's happy. I'm sure there are a lot of this kind of dealer also. I'm glad your brother was happy with the deal, and wish him lots of luck.
