My first experience with 89A was during my pre-Montana days. We drove south from Flagstaff with a 30' travel trailer behind us. Going down-hill on that twisty/turny highway with 8,000 lbs pushing from behind is "interesting". I made the trip during June, 2002, when they had a super high fire hazard. About halfway down, I got a "water in fuel" warning. So, I pulled over to the side to drain the water separator. A ranger came up to me and told me that if I didn't move within the next 5 minuets, she would have me towed (at my expense). I made it!

I am glad that I was going down-hill ('02 F-250, 7.3L PSD, manual shift, exhaust brake) instead of pulling up that monster.
