Bob-- on the fender skirt screws- go to any hardware store and buy some spring nuts (at least that is what I call them) They are small pieced of spring steel that are curved and a small hole in the middle. Take out the loose screws and put the spring nuts on the back. No more problem with the screws loosening up or coming out!
