Rondo. Fuel in the oil. I had 13%. I have heard of 18+ quarts coming out of an engine you only put 15 quarts in. It is usually caused by the DPF. That is where my problem came from. It can also be caused by a leaky injector. Our neighbors 06 Dmax had this problem. It cost him an engine. It burned a hole in one of his pistons. If you get way to much fuel in the oil it can cause a run away engine. It starts sucking the oil out of the crank case into the combustion chambers. There is no way to stop it. It will either run out of fuel or blow it's self up which is more likely.
