On the other hand, I am looking at the idea of getting a medium duty truck to tow the 5th wheel and putting a three wheel motorcycle behind the cab. The difference being that truck would be more than capable and the motorcycle would be flat on the bed. On those trucks you can set the 5th wheel hitch slightly aft of the axle as your well within any weight limits of the vehicle. We have one in our park that has special lift ramps and they take two motorcycles with them.


With our enclosed trailer hitched to our current 1 ton, I would have no problem with putting a toy in the bed IF it was flat on the floor and didn't push our weight to high.
