While I had the tire damage repaired at my dealer, I had them install a fan and baffle in the upper vent for the fridge. According to the Norcold manual, this should have been done at the factory but was missed. The fan is designed to blow the hot air out from behind the fridge and the baffle directs the hot air out the vent.
