Hey Scott, I think that is an easy fix. What has come loose there is the gasket or "O" ring has dislodged itself. Remove those 3 bolts and simply lift that valve or, port assembly off the base of the pump. If you have a company or business in your area that specializes in hydraulic component repair, they will most likely be able to replace that gasket for a few dollars. That pump assembly is the early version which is Haldex and I'd bet that you can replace that gasket fairly easily. When you install the new gasket and set the valve assembly back in place, make sure the 3 bolts are torqued evenly. In-other-words, tighten then all equally.
