I have rollers and the damage is right where a roller is. I haven't been to the dealer to see what actually caused the trouble. I'm suspecting a roller was not level with the slide bottom and the metal portion of the roller was digging in. Just hope its a good repair job. Hate having to fight for everything to be done right.
