Well, having all the parts for the remote POS thermostat was a really good thing. We left Ohio for Kentucky and waking up in Frankfort, KY with the trailer at 57*F convinced me to get moving on the project. Took me about an hour as I went slow and had download all the instructions for a CCC conversion. I chose to use the older control module 3109226.005 and Freeze Guard sensor 3312303.005 that I ordered from Amazon. Rather then the Dometic T-stat 3109228.001 (white) or Dometic T-stat 3109228.019 (black) I chose to go with a modern state of the art (at least compared to a CCC) Micro-Air T-stat EasyTouch RV 357 (Black) ASY-357-X01 . Went slow and verified wiring and dip switch settings before restoring 120V AC and 12V DC power. Took me a couple minutes to figure out how to work the thermstat and there is lots to learn as this T-stat will allow temp settings based on time factors. Bottom line is the electric heaters went back into storage, glad I thought to bring them with us.

On edit: Set t-stat for 68*F for the night and woke up to 68*F in the trailer. Later I raised the temp to 72*F and watched it hit 73*F and shut off. Came back on at 71*F and climbed to 73*F. It has an adjustment where I can increase or decrease the temperature span 2-5 degrees. Presently just too happy to have the furnace back on line to change anything just yet.
