This thread got me thinking about upgrading the ceiling fan in my rig; I did just that today. My 2017 3661 model came with a36" 4 blade model with a light kit; we never used the light. I bought a Minka Aire F566 which is a 42" 5 blade model.
I measured air velocity with my anemometer on the original fan and again on the new one. The original measured 155ft/min and the new one measured 380 ft/min which is nearly 2.5X the velocity.
I really like Minka fans and have several in my house. This is a well made unit; the motor mounts to the ceiling bracket on 4 ea 1/4" studs and had nylock nuts included to attach with. It's well balanced and quiet. They make a 52" model in this style for only about $10 more. I was hesitant to install a 52" because of the flexing the blades would take while traveling a bumpy road, although it might not be an issue.
