Our trailer came from the factory with a silicone caulk on the rubber roof around the radius corners and all the way down both sides. I took it to the dealer and he said it's ok if the factory did it. All of the flat top was done with Dicor self-leveling caulk. We have used DAP silicone caulk with Titanium for recaulking areas that originally had silicone. I have not tried the Dicor no-sag caulk, but it might work. The Dicor self-leveling sure does a nice job and it is a bear to remove.
