I'd do some more checking if you are trying to use it on the rubber roof anywhere. I'm fairly certain that silicone will not bond with rubber. I had someone redo the joints on a rubber roof I had once and found out later that they used a silicone base caulking and not long after that I discovered one area that just peeled right off where they made repairs.
