My 2011 GMC 3500 dually has a similar setup. A light will come on when "a" tire is low (how much I dunno). Like Carl says it's up to you to determine which one. My dealer wants me to come in and re-fill all seven tires with nitrogen - at GM's expense - he claims that their gurus have determined that this will result in less pressure variation when running and less leakage over time.
We'll see . . .
