I park our Monte on concrete when stored and put a rubber garden stepping pad I purchase at any gardening store or big name hardware stores. I roll the tires up on the rubber pads and have had no problems with the oil (or whatever it might be)bleed out of the tires if parked on concrete itself. Prior to doing this I did have the spots described by DQDick on the floor of my storage building. I have used 2X8 boards prior to the rubber garden stepping pads.
