UPDATE:
I ended up ordering the shear springs from Tweety's along with the MORryde Heavy Duty Shackle kit. I had a local spring shop make 4 new springs slightly heavier duty than the original set and reinforce all of the spring mounts as well as install the new parts. Took them about a week and I am happy with the results. It pulls straight and smooth. Here are some pics of the work.
