Gray water tank leak

Our gray water tank would leak whenever it got near full. Took our Montana up to Gookin RV, Story City, IA, found out that when the front walls are installed in the basement after the tank is in, they drive wooden shims between the frame and the wall to locate it before welding in place, they drove one of the shims right through the side of the tank - hence the leak! Gookin had to replace the tank, both Montana and Gookin were excellent in getting us back on the road. There were other shims still in place and were rubbing on the tank-we pulled them out. Might want to check yours and pull them out if they are still there. If anyone needs help in central Iowa, we would certainly recommend Gookin RV, right off 35, Jake, the service manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable..................t&d.....
