gdl, Welcome to the MOC family! You picked a nice unit. That is my next favorite floor plan other than our 3000RK! We're in Georgia and are able to camp all year. Maybe the fall will be nice and long for you. I wouldn't winterize it until absolutely necessary! Enjoy and be safe.
