Which brings a good point. Did we, as owners, not either ask the right questions or have the right knowledge/experience to understand what was being demonstrated during the PDI walkthrough?
My dealer was thorough to the point that I was bored. Their assumption is that their customers are first time RV owners (and rightly so) so I was showed how to hook up the sewer hose, extend the awning, etc., things an experienced RV owner would already know.
To be honest, I only really listened when there was a new toy being demonstrated so I may have overlooked a feature or two. Now I'm tempted to open up the 3" thick book binder that came with the Montana and see what features are really there. I'm certainly going to look to see if the dump handles are identified and if not there will be a note to Keystone.
