I use the Masterbuilt electric.. small, legs fold....can do 8-10 lb Boston butt or 10 lbd turkey, etc....so far ...good...I did get a 25 ft 10 gauge ext cord for it so we plug it into campground post and not into side of Monty just to be safe...easy to transport as it is fairly light weight....
