Update to close thread.
Pulled the burner out and it was significantly corroded.
Cleaning it up with a wire brush and it is now igniting and running perfectly.
I noticed water in the furnace when I took the cover off.
I had a bug screen on over the exhaust. I’m now learning these screens can promote the entry of water into the exhaust, leading to my issue.
