I’m surprised that a 2018 unit would need new bearings. However, if the tech overtightened one bearing, I’m betting he overtightened them all. If a brake was dragging he should have seen that when he pulled or tried to pull the hub, unless he just changed the outside bearings without changing the races. Big no no. Regardless, I’d make sure he doesn’t touch your RV again.
