Welcome to the Forum and I am sorry to hear about your unit having issues. My 3160 also had quite a bunch of issues. You will probably find out that it seems like some units have lots of issues and others have basically no issues, of course there are some in between. Hopefully after these are fixed you will have smooth sailing.
