Back to the drawing board! … FYI, in a nut shell, the law of gravity outweighed the ability for the adhesive pads to hold.

After about 2-3 weeks I recently noticed that 4-5 of the sticky pads had come loose. It seems to be very weight limited. I might try and replace the adhesive tape with a new piece. Hopefully it will hold up better. When I originally put them on I noticed part of the sticky part didn’t seem to cover the full area like I thought it should. If that don’t continue to hold then I’ll be forced to use some another way to fasten the hangers or shelf.

Some had mentioned they were going to try this, I thought I would share this new information so you would know what you might be up against!

The wall board on the sides is probably too thin for supporting it with screws. It would be too easy to push through to the other side of the wall board. One thought I had is to use a glue adhesive. Maybe that would be stronger. I’m open for new ideas or suggestions.
Thanks!
