Worst red wasp incident I experienced was hooking up to a pontoon boat trailer that had been parked beneath a carport throughout a very wet spring. The trailer had surge brakes and the cavity for the actuator obviously had a very large nest up inside. Boogers got me a few times before I could get away. After eradicating the little boogers, I decided to always duct tape a large garbage bag over the whole tongue of the trailer.
Now don't get me started on knocking down the huge nest I found beneath the eave on the back side of the house last fall...... Reminds me of a line from the Forest Gump movie - "I'm not a smart man Jenny".....
