Like one of the other posters indicated, go get some comparisons on the net and another dealer and show your dealer the results, and see what he will do then. I basically played one against the other and took the best deal and made sure the dealer I chose was personal and would take care of me after the fact. They treated me right and I wrote them an appreciation letter and CC'd Keystone. I still stop by and buy things from their camping store. I haven't had my unit in there since I purchased it and hopefully it stays like that. If you think you can deal with this dealer than go for it, but you definetly can get more than 10% off the MSRP, and think most folks here will tell you that. good luck to you.
