Please note: This thread is only for changing your arrival date to or from September 7th, 8th or 9th. There are no other arrival options as explained in the thread titled "Rally Arrival Prior To September 7, 2022". Follow this link for details:

During Rally registration you are given the option to sign up for an arrival date of September 7th, 8th or 9th.

We have had a number of requests to change to an earlier arrival than what was indicated on the original registration.

If you would like to change your arrival date, please "Quick reply" to this posting with your first name(s), last name, the date you originally registered for and the date you want to change to.
Example:
Bob Jones, 9/9, 9/7

For your security, the registration system does not allow us to go in and change this information and charge your credit card.

We are tracking all "change" requests for earlier arrival from this posting as shown below and will collect the amount due from you upon your arrival.


If you are on this list or have decided to come in earlier and did not pay us upon arrival, we will come to your site to collect for the extra day(s).

The amount due is $30.00 per day, payable in CASH - Sorry we have no access to credit card processing.
