I don't believe there is any technical reason you shouldn't leave your panel/charger turned on. I'm assuming you have separate switch like I do for main power and solar, so you can leave main power off. Lithium batteries do not have the low cycle rates that other battery chemistries have. My '23 311RD has a resting load of about .3A, with main power and solar off, so I added a new switch on the negative battery terminal and just disconnect completely while I'm in storage since I'm in a covered spot and the solar is minimal. Of course if you do this, make sure to size the switch and cable correctly. I just copied the existing cable from the battery which was 1/0.
