Pud2, I'm not sure what kind of truck you have but wanted to say we tow in overdrive and tow/haul with our Ford. Weight we're towing is 14,360 lbs. I just let the transmission take care of the shifting. I've not run into any gear hunting with this transmission.
Our sofa sleeper in our 3295RK does not get in the way of getting around. There's plenty of room to walk around it. I'm not sure if that's different in the newer ones.
