Another thing to mention regarding the washer dryer installation. You may want to consider having the installer use a kit to immobilize the dryer. The washer is heavy and does not move in the bottom of the closet. The dryer is another story. I strapped ours down, but there is a kit that fastens the dryer down by it's feet available that you may want to strongly consider.
