All of ours removed very easily, except the big one on the microwave door. Being its glass,I used a razor blade scraper on that one.

IF it removes some of the finish, it shouldn't be too hard to match the stain up on the wood as mentioned in the above post. Just keep wiping the stain off with a rag until it gets to the color you want it.
