I’m sure that’s all they did. The problem is the hoses get oil on them which seeps under them and then the hose gradually pulls out under the clamp and pops off when you are under high pressure and heat. If you have a set of hoses and clamps with you you can be back on the road as quickly as as you or someone else can replace them. I had the same thing happen when I was 50 miles from the nearest Ford dealer. I got lucky a young man came out to help and brought his family after work.
