Welcome aboard!
I believe the key to minimize the infancy defects and problems are in a very thorough PDI. Don't sign anything or take delivery until your punch list is completed and fixed to your satisfaction! There are some wonderful PDI check lists on other sections of this forum. Just do a search and you will find a bunch of them! Good luck!
