To all those that have volunteered to help with the RAFFLE/DAILY DRAWING Event, we will have a short meeting at 5:15 on Wednesday the 21st just before the Meet, Greet and Eat Event in the large tent to get everything in order and brief everyone on what will take place and how it works.

IF ANYONE ELSE WOULD LIKE TO VOLUNTEER TO SELL TICKETS PRIOR TO AND DURING SOME OF THE EVENTS PLEASE POST YOUR NAMES ON THE RAFFLE POST! WE CAN ALWAYS USE MORE HELP IN THIS EVENT!
