John. We usually use Coopers on our campers and have had good luck and no problems at all.

We have the General TR 235/85 R16C that we were obliged to get when we had that Axle shift problem in Michigan and that was the only tire we could find,(we ruined our Coopers) The tire load rating is 3086 at 83 PST.That is 6166 per axle Or 12332 both (that is if I had axles)At our last weigh in by RVSEF we are right at the tire load rating limit. IMO the primary argument for the G614's is they are LT tires but have a high tire load rating. My problem is that the Generals are two years old and are wearing like iron. Did a thread depth check to day and with the IS system they are showing litte wear with no wear issues at all. I would have the G614's because of the load ratings but these Generals are not wearing out
