A couple of months ago I had my rear axles changed to synthetic. As required by the warranty. Did not want to but I did.

A couple of weeks later I strart noticing a clunk from the rear. It's not something you hear, it's something you feel. I took it back to the dealer and they said, "That's normal, no problem".

This clunk has got increasingly more frequent and "stonger". Yesterday I was waiting in the median to make a left hand turn. I was turning my stearing wheel slowly to the left, my foot on the brake, and moving forward slightly. I could feel this clunk repeatedly every time I moved forward. It appears the force of it is coming from the rear drivers side and knocking somewhere toward the center rear.

I also notice this clunk when I am backing out of a parking space.

Like I said it's getting worse. It seems to me that something that gets more pronounced over time would not be normal.

Here are the specs on LadyRam:

2001, 3500, Dully, 24V, 5.9L Cummins, 4spd Auto, 47RE, 4:10 ratio. (32,000 miles)

Any opinions?
