The last couple of years we have been leasing/renting a space in a 55 and over resort near Phoenix, and we would be thrilled at only paying $2500 a year for our spot. We could stay all year, but just don't because it gets a bit too hot there in the summer. If you really like the area and the park, I'd say go for it.
